About us
Dependable infrastructure, run by people you can reach.
Nebora Cloud runs cloud, data center and managed IT services for businesses across Bulgaria and the EU — from our own facility in Sofia, with our own team.
Our mission
Make serious infrastructure simple to use
Every business now depends on servers, storage and networks it cannot afford to lose. Running them well takes a data center, specialist skills and someone awake at 3 a.m. — things most companies should not have to build themselves.
Our mission is to give them that foundation as a service: reliable, secure and close to home, with clear commitments and engineers who know their setup.
- Own data center in Sofia, data kept in the EU
- One contract and one team for cloud, colocation and managed IT
- 24/7 NOC with support in English and Bulgarian
Our values
Four things we do not compromise on
They guide how we design, operate and talk about our services.
Reliability first
Redundant power, cooling and networks, tested procedures and planned maintenance. We would rather be boring than surprising.
Security by default
Encryption, least-privilege access and audited processes are part of every service from day one, not an option you pay extra for.
Clear commitments
Plain-language contracts, a published SLA and an honest status page. You always know what we promise and how we are doing.
Close to our customers
Engineers in Sofia who answer in your language, know your systems and stay with you from the first call to daily operations.
